Well the sprout planter is up and running,used the Broccoli and Zesty mix(Alfalfa, Broccoli,radish and curly cress) this time. Nice thing is my daughter can use this for a school project this Spring!

The Herbs and more.......
Well my first batch of seeds arrived today so tonight at work i'll get something to stand my starter pots on and get the seeds started tomorrow . I have also ordered the second batch of seeds ,
1 × Cress : Hot Stuff
1 × Carrot : Early Nantes
1 × Swede : Virtue
and for the cress i'm getting a bean sprouter, I'm also looking at seed saving and with some friends maybe starting a seed bank? ... could be interesting. The first herb planter has Chives poking now though so that will be great!
The Herbs.....
Well i have the Chives and Greek Oregano in the planter!(see photo).I want 2 more planters (or one longer one )for Basil,Rosemary,Parsley,Dill,Sage,Tarragon and Thyme so i'll look for them at work so i can get them all growing in my living room!

Seeds at last!
Well i have ordered Seeds finally.....(yes i still have snow and and ice here!)
1 × Brussels Sprout : Trafalgar F1
1 × Marrow : Badger Cross F1
1 × Pumpkin : Dill's Atlantic Giant
1 × Bean : Runner Bean : Wisley Magic
I also ordered 2.5 pounds of Kennebec seed potatos and before work tonight i got a burpee herb garden kit (comprising Greek Oregano, Italian Parsley ( i'm a very freindley lion called Parsley (if your British you'll understand lol) Genovese Basil and Common Chives)) Later on this week i'll get the first 4 bins and the soil to fill them (for the spuds and runner beans) :-) . The Pumpkin is for my daughter to grow and who can't have Yule(Xmas) dinner without Brussels lol
